Here's what you're going to want to do:
Walk the half-block from Pacific Central Station to the skytrain station, and take it *WEST* (towards waterfront). It's $2.25 for a ticket.
Get off at "Granville Station". Walk *SOUTH* until you come across Robson (three blocks), then turn left onto Robson, and walk until you come to *HOMER STREET*.
Your hotel is right there.
